Terms and Conditions

A- Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than [2] days before the service date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than [1] days before the service date will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within [24] hours of the service time will require full payment of the total cost.

B- Additional Charges

Overtime: $100 per hour (beyond the agreed time).

Damages: The client is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by the passengers.

Cleaning Fee: $40 for excessive cleaning required.

Overtime at the airport: We will provide up to 45 minutes of waiting time without additional charges for pick-ups at airports, which is enough time to exit the terminal and collect luggage. After that, a charge of $2 per minute will be applied as waiting time.

C- Responsibilities of the Company

Provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle.

Ensure the vehicle is driven by a professional, licensed chauffeur.

Arrive at the pick-up location on time.

D- Responsibilities of the Client

Ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.

Comply with all local laws and regulations.

Refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol in the vehicle unless permitted by the Company.

Vehicle Capacity:

Luxury Sedan: 3 passengers with 3 large suitcases.

Luxury SUV: 6 passengers with 6 large suitcases.

E- Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical failures.

F- Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

G- Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
